After getting warm response for “LATE NIGHT AT BONE” , Indian Student Association really wants to meet you guys for “GARBA” Night.
“GARBA”, is a traditional dance form performed with the Wooden Sticks called as “Dandiya’s” during the nine days of NAVRATI. It lays its foothold from Gujarat, India. People dance on traditional as well as Bollywood songs on beats. It is a high energy dance form.
Both men and women usually wear colorful costumes while performing Garba and dandiya. The girls usually deck up with Chaniya Choli and guys with Kurta Payjama.
Indian Student Association, this time, has planned the “GARBA NIGHT” with the view to seek the Divine blessings of Goddess in studies and work ahead. Also, it is looking forward to have some nice time performing the colorful dance form of India in a very authentic way with professional Garba DJs on floor.
We would be looking forward to see you all in the event in those colorful bright outfits. And, this time, we would make sure that we all go home with another flavor and color from the VIBRANT INDIA.
