ISA organizes various events throughout the year like Ice-Breaker, Garba Night and Diwali Dinner in the Fall semester and events like Bhangra Night, Holi and India Night in the spring semester. These events are held on campus and we invite all our American and other international friends to these events, so that we can share our culture and also give them a feel of our Indian experience. Our talented ISA members also participate and perform in various ISU events like Gala Night and International Fair. We also have professional performers like DJ’s and musical come to the campus and perform for ISA. We always encourage and want our American and other international students to participate, dance, and sing along with us.
Indian Student Association welcomes everyone to India Night. India Night is Indian Student Association’s biggest event of the year. In an attempt to bring a glimpse of Indian culture, India Night features various types of Bollywood and cultural dances forms. This time, India Night features:-
1) Bharatnatyam and Kathak performances by MCIA

Indian Student Association welcomes everyone for Bhangra Night. Bhangra is drawn from music and song of the Punjab region as well as various Western musical styles. This year, ISA is bringing in DJ to play cross cultured music to rock the floor with typical Bhangra dance steps.

Ice-Breakers are the new comer’s day! It gives them an opportunity to meet and learn more about current student and alums help them with their questions, and most importantly having a fun time.
