ISA@IllinoisState

Indian Student Association (ISA) is a registered student organization of Illinois State University.  ISA is one of the most active cultural organizations on campus, with its continuous involvement in cultural and social events like Quad fest, Gala Night and International fair conducted by the university. ISA brings the Indian tradition and culture to campus with events like Garba Night, Diwali Dinner, Bhangra Night and India Night.  Each of these events helps increase awareness and fosters appreciation of Indian culture. ISA is proud to have members from different origins.

ISA is an organization established to provide guidance and assistance to the Indian students at Illinois State University. Ever since its inception, ISA has made students feel at home by actively organizing information sessions, cultural and recreational activities. ISA is a non-profit organization that is run primarily by students under the guidance of a faculty advisor. We are involved in activities right from picking up new students to providing temporary accommodation to organizing events.

All these activities would not be possible without a committed group of people elected every year which forms our ISA Board.
